Where a tender was traditionally used to transport mail and passengers with their hand luggage over the water, it has now grown into a high-quality boat for daily use. So whatever location you want to enjoy on the water and whether you are looking for a boat with which you can go away for a weekend or a cozy family boat, the tender of Var Tenders can always go with you!

Reliability and a sustainable connection are central to Var Tenders. Building your own tender together with Var Tenders is a unique experience. You let Var Tenders bring your vision to life and together we will embark on the adventure.
Your new tender will be custom designed and built from the first sketch and completely tailored to your preferences, wishes and needs. You will be involved from the very first sketch to the first test drive and the final maintenance and are always welcome to come and have a look at the construction. Both during the design and during construction, we pay extensive attention to the technical details and appearance.

Models
At the shipyard in Nijkerk, all your wishes and ideas end up on the drawing board. These can be integrated into one of our basic models or, if desired, into a completely new design. The VAR950 is a fully customisable base model. The tenders are built according to a philosophy in which function and design are combined to create a boat that you can enjoy for years to come, with limited maintenance. Everything you touch or use feels solid and exudes quality!
Var Tenders offers two basic models: the VAR950 Allround and the VAR950 Open Outboard.

The face behind Var Tenders
Of course, there is an ambitious face behind Var Tenders, so time to introduce myself! My name is Ivar Loos and I have a great passion for technology, water sports and customization. At the shipyard in Nijkerk, I give life to unique tenders that combine minimalist design, luxury and comfort. With an eye for detail and precision, I built my first tender a few years ago: the VAR950, with which I was the first to put a 9.5-metre boat of ‘superyacht quality’ on the market.
